Avoiding 'overcoming procrastination'

Sorry blog posts have dropped out for a week. I do have very good photos of Margaret River, Carol's visit and a Spring's Four Season Duck Club meeting to share......

I feel my blogging has been challenged by a number of issues- one of which I am going to share as it amuses/horrifies me.

Last Monday I started a 3 week series  run by Curtin University's counselling team on 'Overcoming procrastination' I was calling the series 'Avoiding procrastination' until my mother pointed out this was tautology. Procrastination is defined as 'avoiding an important task'.......

I go to my next session in 1 hour and am faced with the reality that I HAVE NOT DONE MY HOMEWORK FOR MY OVERCOMING PROCRASTINATION GROUP.  Think about that....and what it means.....It was meant to be an activity I did over the whole week- I thought about doing a rush job yesterday- but decided that this wasn't honest and need to face what procrastinating in a anti-procrastination group means.

Yes I do have professional help in my life..........

THE brother and Sarah have linked a recent photo shoot to their blog.  A number of very GLAMOUROUS and some funny photos.  For some reason 5 minutes after seeing them I seem to feel more attractive because those related to me are attractive....oh just worked out that as Sarah is my sister-in-law her genes aren't really helping me..........DRAT.

 

I feel out of my families blog's (remember THE mother has a blog too) .....I am the most adventous in posting dodgy photos of myself....(that was a positive spin on who has the least attractive photos on their blog......)

Having to leave Camp Calcium behind (DRAT!)
